Range 1 - Buy

  • You can view and filter properties advertised for sale (houses and apartments) via the Search function on the platform. Liiva also connects the advertisements of the largest renowned Swiss real estate platforms to the corresponding real estate and supplements these with valuable information (e.g. on the environment/community etc.). For the time being, real estate advertisements are exclusively sourced from third-party platforms. Accordingly, Liiva assumes no responsibility for the quality and accuracy of these advertisements.

  • Should You become interested in a particular property, you can save a personal favourite for this property after log-in, and receive further information on this particular property, such as information on the immediate environment, the value of the building, the condition of the building, along with information on modernization measures and investments that are planned in the short- and medium term. You can also add Your own content (e.g. documents) to the favourite. The favourite provides digital support and valuable assistance to facilitate the purchase of a residential property. For example, You can review the pending conditions and documents concerning your future property at any time.

  • In terms of financing a property, Liiva provides You with a mortgage calculator via a contact form on the platform. Should You be interested, Liiva may forward Your information to Mobiliar Versicherungsgesellschaft AG and other Business Partners to arrange the contact.

  • Liiva offers property valuation (market value estimate, with a range of +– 15%) as a third-party service provided by a Business Partner. This service is free of charge.

  • A full valuation of properties is also possible with Liiva's Business Partners. This third-party service is a paid service.

  • We offer to arrange an on-site property evaluation with Liiva's Business Partners. This third-party service is a paid service.

Range 2 – Living and Management

After logging in, You can register various residential properties on the Platform. Liiva offers the following functions on the platform:

  • Standard modernization Planner: Provides a condition analysis of Your property. In addition, it gives You a tool to help plan the modernization of Your property on a timeline, separately for each part of the property. The private Property Owner Cockpit provides access to the most important information throughout the ownership period. You can upload and categorize documents for quick queries.

  • Personal Modernization Planner: You can plan Your refurbishment periods for each part of Your property, add, or, if not yet available, request such offers via the tradesman function and overview the costs per period.

  • Craftsman & Advisory: Using a form, You can give Liiva the order to obtain craftsmen's offers and offers for other services from Business Partners (for example energy certificates). The contract for the craft services is entered into between You and the given craftsman.

  • Funding Overview: Details of Your mortgages can be recorded, based on which You are provided with an overview of Your monthly and annual payable interests, amortization, and maintenance costs. Forms support You in expressing Your interest in a mortgage increase, extension, or replacement. Liiva forwards these for You to Swiss Mobiliar Versicherungsgesellschaft AG or other Business Partners.

  • Liiva offers property valuation (market value estimate, with a range of +– 15%) as a third-party service provided by a Business Partner.

Range 3 - Sell

  • After logging in, You can register the properties You intend to sell. Liiva provides digital support and valuable help during the sale, which makes it easier for You to sell Your property. Note: The conclusion of sale agreements takes place outside of the Platform; Liiva is not a party to such sale agreements.

  • Users can arrange for a realtor service with a Liiva Business Partner. As a first step, Liiva identifies Your needs and forwards them to a Business Partner, to whom You can instruct to sell the property. Instructing a Business Partner to sell Your property may incur costs to You towards this Business Partner.

  • Liiva offers property valuation (market value estimate, with a range of +– 15%) as a third-party service provided by a Business Partner. This service is free of charge.

  • A full valuation of propertiesis also possible with Liiva's Business Partners. This third-party service is a paid service.
